Beyond Innovation. Beyond Limits. Into Impact.

Software built for how your business actually works.

We design, build and run custom platforms. One senior team, from first screen to production and beyond.

A system is worth what it is still doing in five years.

Which is a harder promise than shipping one, and the only one worth making. Here is what stands behind it.

One chain's tills, unbroken since 2020.Still taking payments this morning.
6yrs
Fiscal compliance in the first release. Not bolted on after an audit asked for it.
Day 1
The people who designed it still answer for it.Most of what we are asked to fix was built by someone who had already moved on.
Same

Where does it have to work?

Same engineers, same standards. What changes is the rule that decides whether you can go live at all. We have cleared three of them in production.

Germany & Europe

In short: German origin, TSE from release one

Founded in Stuttgart, so the German way of working is not something we adapted to later. European hours, a German-speaking line, and a till that met the TSE requirement in its first release.

How we work in Germany

Cleared here

German TSE

Also satisfies

  • GDPR
  • GoBD
  • XRechnung / ZUGFeRD
  • EAA / BFSG

Nine lines of work, start to finish.

Discovery decides what to build. The seven between build it. Support keeps it running.

Discovery & scoping

Workshops, a review of the systems you already run, and a technical spike on whatever looks riskiest. It ends in a scoped backlog, an architecture, and a fixed price to build it.

One line or the whole sequence, the way of working is the same: scoped in writing before anything starts, built in cycles you can see, handed over as code you own.

How we work

Software that had to work on day one.

Work you can go and look at. Each one opens the study behind it.

  • Hospitality2026

Alsafi runs its whole service floor — orders, payments, receipts — on its own platform: no marketplace taking a commission in the middle, and a German tax authority satisfied before the first receipt printed.

  • Hospitality2026

A diner's guests decide in the time it takes to find a menu. Metropolitan's answers — the menu, the hours, the way there — sit one tap from a search result, in German first and English beside it.

  • Construction2026

Forty years of building across Egypt, finally legible to the clients who decide who builds next: the projects, the record and the scale, organised so they can be checked rather than taken on faith.

  • Healthcare2021

Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Baden-Württemberg had weeks to get COVID test centres running across the state. Labfy is the platform that ran them.

One product or a whole platform, the record reads the same: what the situation was, what we built, and what it still runs today.

See all work

How we work

From first meeting to production in four steps.

The same four steps whether it is one module or a whole platform. Scoping costs nothing and commits you to nothing: you see the price and the plan before anything is built.

30 minutes

Half an hour with the engineer who would build it

No sales team and no discovery deck. You describe the problem, and you get a straight answer on whether we are the right fit for it.

Nothing to prepare — a spec, a spreadsheet or a sentence is enough. English or Arabic, and German for EU clients.

Days, not weeks

A fixed price in writing, not a range

Five working days from that call to a scoped proposal: fixed scope and price for a defined build, or a phased plan for a larger programme.

The scoping is free whether or not you go ahead. If the work is not a fit for us, we say so instead of quoting for it.

Six weeks to two years

You watch it get built, not reported on

Short cycles ending in a demo for product work; staged milestones for larger programmes. The repository is in your name from the first day.

You have full access throughout, so nothing arrives as a surprise at the end. Each demo is something you can open and use.

No end date

Launch is a milestone, not the finish

Monitoring, support and a roadmap for what comes next. We stay after go-live, because the work that matters most usually starts there.

Or not — a documented hand-over is an equally real ending. A retainer, a team that keeps building, or the keys and the docs: you choose at launch, not at signing.

Why Daleenda

The usual way needs six suppliers.

Strategy, interface, engineering, cloud, security, marketing. Bought separately, most of the first year goes on making them agree with each other.

The same people, in the same meeting, on the same day.

Not because we are quicker at email, but because none of those questions crosses a company boundary on the way to an answer.

Contracts
6
Six to negotiate, six to renew, and each one covering only its own part.
Invoices
6
Six payment terms, six reconciliations, six budget lines to defend.
Seams
5
Every handover is somewhere a requirement can quietly fall.
People to chase
6
On the morning it is down and none of them has replied yet.

When something breaks at a seam, there is no seam.

The same senior team from the first sketch to the release that is still running in five years.

How we work

Six suppliers, five seams. Six contracts, six invoices, six people to chase.

Questions we get in the first meeting.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope, so we quote rather than guess. After a 30-minute meeting you get a scoped proposal with a fixed price within five working days. No obligation, and no charge for the scoping.

Do you work in our time zone and language?

Yes. Our team works EU/Egypt hours (UTC+1 to +3), in English and Arabic, with a German-speaking line for EU clients.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do, from day one. Repositories are created in your name and you have full access throughout.

How do you handle GDPR and German compliance?

Daleenda was founded in Germany and has shipped GDPR-compliant systems and a TSE/fiskaly-compliant POS, authorised to provide fiskaly SIGN DE under a direct agreement with fiskaly Germany GmbH. Data-processing agreements and EU hosting are standard options.

What happens after launch?

You choose: hand-over with documentation, a support retainer, or a dedicated team that keeps building.

What is the minimum engagement?

Small, well-defined scopes are welcome: a technical audit, a single integration, one module. Tell us what you need and we will say whether we are the right fit.

Can you take over an existing system?

Yes. We start with a technical audit, then propose a stabilise-then-improve plan.

Tell us what you're building. We'll tell you how we'd do it.
