Accessibility statement

This is a voluntary statement. It says what we aim for, what we have done, what we know still falls short, and how to reach us.

Scope

This statement covers the public website daleenda.com in all its languages. It does not cover the systems we build for clients, which carry their own commitments, our client portal and internal tools, or content provided by others, such as the Google map that can be loaded on the contact page.

Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We are not legally required to publish this statement; we publish it because the site should work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control. The site meets most of this standard; the exceptions we know of are listed under “Known limitations”.

What we have done

Every page is built from shared components that can be used with a keyboard alone, show a visible focus indicator and give each control an accessible name. Text and controls meet the AA contrast minimums in both the light and the dark theme. Pages reflow down to phone width and remain usable when text is enlarged. A skip link leads past the navigation to the main content. When a page is waiting for content, screen readers are told so, and not just shown a placeholder. Arabic pages are laid out right to left. Animations are reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.

Known limitations

The Google map on the contact page is provided by Google, and we cannot change how its controls work; the address it shows is also written out as text on the same page. Our own checks and reviews cannot find every barrier, so there may be problems we do not know about yet. If you meet one, please tell us.
